This 11 day program brings you to the old quarter of Hanoi, the far fletched mountains of Sapa, the unique Unesco World Heritage site of Halong Bay, the old capital of Hue and the lovely old harbor city near the beach of Hoi An.
Day 1 - Hanoi (-)
Arrive in Hanoi, welcome and private transfer to your hotel located in the old quater of Hanoi. Rest of the day at leisure and you can discover the old quater by yourself since all highlights are located next to your hotel! Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2 - Hanoi - Night Train to Lao Cai (breakfast)
After breakfast, free at leisure and you can further explore the city or book an extra optional tour program to the Perfume Pagoda or to Ninh Binh. In the evening private transfer to the train station for your night train to Lao Cai. Overnight in the train.
Day 3 - Lao Cai - Sapa (-)
Arrive in the morning in Lao Cai train station. Welcome and private transfer to your centrally located hotel in Sapa. You have the full day for your self and its very easy to walk and trek in the valley of Sapa to Tavan Village, Cat Cat or the Silver Waterfall. Overnight in Sapa.
Day 4 - Sapa - Hanoi (breakfast)
After breakfast free at leisure till the afternoon when you have a joined bus transfer from your hotel in Sapa to your hotel in Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi in the late afternoon, evening for your overnight.
Day 5 - Hanoi - Halong Bay (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
After breakfast, joined transfer to Halong Bay. Welcome and board your Vietnamese Junk and cruise leisurely into the bay. Lunch is served onboard. Visit the Sung Sot cave where you also have time to kayak to the nearby fishing village if the weather permits. You have time to relax till the afternoon when you will get back onboard to fresh up and be ready for a sumptous dinner. After dinner time to count the start on the rooftop deck and overnight in your private cabin in Halong Bay.
Day 6 - Halong Bay - Hanoi - Night train to Hue (breakfast, light lunch)
After breakfast, you will cruise to Titov island where you can swim, relax or make a hike to the top of the island and reward yourself with a stunning view over Halong Bay. At the end of the morning return the the cruise to go back to the Halong harbor. Before you transfer back to Hanoi a light lunch is served. Arrive Hanoi in the late afternoon and take a private transfer to Hanoi train station for your overnight train to Hue.
Day 7 - Hue (-)
Arrive Hue train station in the morning. Welcome and private transfer to your centrally located hotel in the old capital city. Rest of the day you are free to explore the highlights of Hue by yourself. You can visit the Old Imperial palace, the old tombs of the king's and the Pagoda of the Celestial Lady. Overnight in Hue.
Day 8 - Hue - Hoi An (breakfast)
After breakfast, pick up by your driver and private overland transfer from your hotel in Hue to your hotel in Hoi An. Stops will be made on the way for your picture taking such as Lang Co beach and the Hai Van Pass. Arrive in the afternoon in Hoi and free at leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 9 to Day 10 - Hoi An (breakfast)
After breakfast, free at leisure and you can explore the old harbor city by bicycles or by walking. You can also visit the nearby agricutural landscape or the white sand beaches to relax. The choice is yours. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 11 - Hoi An - Hanoi (breakfast)
After breakfast, free at leisure till time for your pivate transfer to Danang airport. Fly from Danang to Hanoi for your connecting flight back home or you next destination.
